Your FCMO Partner will be responsible for delivering both Monthly, and Ongoing objectives. When businesses see the type of work our FCMO partners deliver to them, Speaking to your Ideal Clients get’s easier, Marketing is no longer a mystery, and Revenue increases!

Monthly

Team Calls

Participate in Customer Leadership calls (max 2 hours/ week)

When the FCMO is integrated with other department leaders, the entire company will feel more aligned and produce better quality output.

KPI Reporting

Provide monthly updates on KPI's of importance from the Orbit Analysis

Spotting and monitoring trends will provide better data to make it easier for leadership teams to commit to new concepts & strategies.

Traffic Reports

Ensure accuracy in monthly digital marketing traffic reports including

  • SEO stats (keyword rankings and site traffic)

  • Paid (conversion stats and other KPI's)

  • Social (likes, engagement, top 3 performing posts)

Either in customer provided or Moku provided platform. FCMO will build and ensure it is maintained. Building new lead sources takes a lot of time and money... A properly designed Lead Capture system will ensure that every lead has a chance to buy your goods and services.

Direct Marketing Execution

Build & Manage relationships with marketing fulfillment partners

FCMO will introduce vetted partners who can fulfill where the Customer does not have existing teams to work with, or when current providers are not executing to Moku standards. An FCMO understands how to see through the confusion being relayed back to the Customer when they are executing a strategy.

Brand Guide

Assemble & Manage Brand Guide

It is critical to have a neatly assembled Brand Guide to send to fulfillment partners so that the brand is properly represented across all platforms and locations. Your brand guide will eliminate the possibility of old logos or taglines being used by marketing partners & look the way you want to be seen.

Messaging Guide

Build & Manage Messaging strategy

When you confuse you lose. FCMO will develop consistent messaging for the Customer and their team to use in the most common scenarios. Including:
  • Mission Statement
  • Elevator Pitch
  • Brandscript

Consistent Brand

Unify messaging across all digital assets

From T-Shirts to Billboards... your FCMO will make sure that the messaging strategy is being adhered to all assets being used in any circumstance. When you are consistent in your messaging your ICP will know that you can fix their problems & commit to your solution over the confusing messages of your competition.

Product Development

Direct & Advise on product fit with ICP

Some offers need an early retirement, while new offers need to really fit the needs of our ICP. Simplifying your offering makes it easier for your clients to know what product they need to buy in order for you to resolve their problems.

Disclaimer:

Our FCMO Partners are intended to execute on an approved strategy from Customer. While we know that strategies will continue to change and evolve over time, MOKU will not be responsible for failed execution if Customer modifies or changes the assets, messaging, or failed fulfillment of products managed by our FCMO without written consent from MOKU.

Terms of this agreement are in accordance to the Terms of Service agreed to in the Master Service

Agreement unless dictated differently in this work order.
